The Pulse of Creation!
The magic starts "behind the scenes". In the city's old warehouses, carnival teams work day and night with incredible passion to create spectacular floats. That's where the first spontaneous parties break out with music, dance, and rehearsals, setting the rhythm before the parades even begin!

📅 THE RED-HOT SCHEDULE

⚡ Friday Night: The "private" team parties open up and the Old Town catches fire! The rhythm is everywhere.

🎈 Saturday (16:30): Children's Parade - Our little "carnivalists" fill the streets with color and joy.

🔥 Saturday (21:00): Night Parade! An endless street party that lasts until dawn.

🏆 Sunday (14:00): THE GRAND PARADE. The peak of celebrations with impressive floats and thousands of participants!

🎆 Sunday (18:30): Closing Ceremony & Burning of the Carnival King at the beach with magnificent fireworks.

🅿️ WHERE TO PARK

Marina Parking: The most reliable solution on the coastal road.
Venetian Port Parking (Regional Rd): Quick access from the north side of the city.
Private Parking Lots: Numerous private options are available throughout the city center.

⚠️ SUNDAY WARNING: The Four Martyrs (Tessares Martyres) parking lot closes during the Grand Parade as it is located directly on the parade route. If you park there, your vehicle will be trapped until the festivities end. The area is also used as a First Aid station.

💡 PRO TIP: We highly recommend parking slightly outside the city center (e.g., Gallos or Koumpes area) and walking or using the Municipality's free shuttle buses. Walking through a city that dances is a unique experience!
